Los Alisos Boulevard runs the length of this side of Mission Viejo and feeds almost directly into Trabuco Road, which is where you will find us at suite H. For homes along the Aliso Creek corridor that means a drive measured in minutes, on streets you already use for groceries and school runs.

It is a genuinely walkable and bikeable part of the city — the creek trail and the parks that follow it are a big part of why people live here — and a handful of our students take advantage of that, arriving on a bike and leaving with their gi over the handlebars.

On the mats, this is the group that most often trains as a household. A kid in the youth class, a teenager in the next hour, a parent in the adult session: one parking spot, one evening, three people getting better. That only works when the academy is close, and for this corridor it is about as close as it gets.
