Free Self-Defense Class
Learn practical self-defense skills in a welcoming environment. No previous Jiu-Jitsu experience is required.
Bring Someone With You
Students are encouraged to bring a friend, family member or someone who has always wanted to experience Jiu-Jitsu.
Community Picnic
After training, stay and enjoy time together with the Mission Viejo Jiu-Jitsu community.
